Are shuttle services available?

Currently, we do not provide shuttle services. You can use a bike rack/tailgate pad (available to rent), or ride from our store!

GNP has the following authorized shuttle providers:

-Glacier Hikes & Bikes ($59/person and can pick up from our store. Please contact Glacier Hikes & Bikes to confirm store pickup)
-Glacier Guides ($40/person and just a short 4 mile (less than 20 minute) bike ride to their shuttle.
-Whitefish Trail & Shuttle
-Wild North Guides 
-Glacier Outfitters

How many miles can you ride on a full charge?

Our e-bikes can go an average of 60 miles. It is ultimately dependent on riding style (eco mode vs. turbo), terrain, and weight of the rider. How do I transport the e-bike?

You can ride from our store or transport the e-bikes in a pickup truck (with a tailgate pad) or with a car/SUV with a bike rack. We have bike racks and tailgate pads available to rent. **PLEASE NOTE: A 2-inch hitch receiver is required for our bike racks

How does your refund policy work?

Accepted Answer

You can get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation. Bookings within 24 hours of reservation are nonrefundable. In case of heavy rain leading to cancellations on the day of your booking, we will provide a full refund. Please note, unused time is non-refundable.

Question 5

What is the minimum booking period?

We have a 5-hour minimum for all of our e-bikes. You can use them for less than 5 hours; however, you will not receive a refund for the unused hours.

Question 6

What comes with an e-bike rental?

Accepted Answer

Every e-bike rental includes a helmet, bike lock, and a bike tire repair kit upon request—everything you need for a safe and enjoyable ride!

Question 7

Do we need timed vehicle entrance passes this year?

Accepted Answer

No, Glacier National Park is not doing timed vehicle entry this year. You will still need a Glacier National Park pass to enter the park.

Question 8

Where else can you ride beside Going-to-the-Sun-Road?

Accepted Answer

Bicycles are permitted on all paved and unpaved roads in Glacier National Park.

There are also four multi-use trails on which bicycling is allowed:
The Fish Creek Bike Path from Grist Road to Fish Creek
The paved bike path from Park Headquarters to Apgar Village, Visitor Center, and Campground
The old Flathead Ranger Station trail accessed from Quarter Circle Bridge Road
The section of Inside North Fork Road, which is currently restricted to vehicles, between Camas Creek and Logging Creek

Additionally, you can ride outside of the park. There is a bike path across the street from our store that can either take you north to the West Entrance of Glacier (roughly 6 miles), or you can go south to the town of Coram.

What is the minimum age to rent?

We require the renter to be at least 18 or older or be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Do you offer different sized e-bikes?

Accepted Answer

We have adult e-bikes and child e-bikes. A majority of our adult e-bikes are one-size fits all. The child e-bikes generally fit a height of under 5'. Can I book over the phone?

We currently only accept online bookings for rentals. It's quick and easy to reserve your spot on our website!

Question 12

Are overnight rentals allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we allow overnight rentals as long as you have a secure place to store the e-bikes. Our pricing structure is still the same, which is $72 for the first 5 hours, $8/hour every hour after that-even for overnight rentals. Additionally, we require a $500 security deposit. We will provide you a charger and bike pump/repair kit upon request.
